GUI and feedback

I'm planning to build a GUI since it seems that people are adverse to text based interfaces. It might take a while to get something nice. I am planning to cut corners first but I will add the possibility to register directly from it instead of passing through the website.
I am still hungry for feedbacks. It seems there are many people that read the posts but don't try the software. Please let me know why.

Sorry about not having the time to test, my other computer broke, and I'm waiting for parts to come in to fix it. (Old Toshiba satellite, 3+ years)
